Licensed Social Worker

Kiley Librich

Choosing to enter into therapy can be a very hard choice. I acknowledge that many of the clients I see are feeling as though they don’t know how to move forward and are frustrated with how life is going. I firmly believe that recognizing the need for help is a huge first step. My aim is to meet clients exactly where they are and walk with them as they work to better understand themselves, their past and how to move forward successfully. The relationship in therapy is most important, as my desire is to create an environment where clients not only can feel comfortable opening up, but also feel safe to do so. I value each individual, what they bring into session and their want to have hope in tomorrow.

Hi! My name is Kiley Librich. I am a Licensed Social Worker in Pennsylvania and Delaware, working to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Religion from Grove City College in 2000 and a Master’s degree in Social Work in 2002 from the University of Pittsburgh. Starting in 2002 I worked as a therapist in a residential treatment facility working with children and families who suffered from trauma and abuse. I gained experience with adoption and foster care organizations, social services and was trained in TF-CBT, attachment theory and trauma-informed care. I then became an outpatient therapist in 2007. During these years I have gained experience in working with clients who have struggled with depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, family conflict, marital issues and grief and loss. My approach utilizes many modalities, including but not limited to, CBT, Solution Focused therapy, DBT and person-centered therapy.
