I’m Victoria Iwanowski, a licensed social worker with 5 years of experience dedicated to helping individuals and their families navigate the complexities of the criminal justice system and the mental toll it can have on individuals. With an undergrad degree in Criminal Justice from Arcadia University and a Master’s in Social Work from West Chester University, I am passionate about making a difference in people’s lives.
I specialize in supporting individuals facing mental health challenges related to sports performance.The focus is on helping individuals explore and cope with anxiety, depression, ADHD,Identity, divorce/separation, and self esteem. I utilize a variety of strategies, including CBT, Strength-Based approaches, ACT, DBT, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing, to empower my clients.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the pleasure of working with individuals of all ages, with a particular emphasis on teenagers and young adults. I love aiding them as they adjust to the challenges of college life and entering into the workforce. I believe in creating a safe and supportive environment where my clients can express their concerns and work towards positive change, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.
